Aircall is seeking a leadership role in APAC to own, develop, and inspire a team of 4 outbound BDRs focused on ANZ markets, reporting to the regional Managing Director. You will shape strategy, run campaigns, and coach top performers while collaborating with the AE Manager and regional leadership to execute growth plans.
You'll drive outbound playbooks, keep pipelines robust, and lead initiatives to scale the global BDR function with a data-driven, AI-enabled mindset.
