Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realise expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice...), realise inventories, inform internal customers about the stocks.

- Acknowledge return flow.
- Answer on site customer.
- Provide internal customers with information & data to give visibility on the process "from order to invoice".
