As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's talent acquisition strategy.
This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing direct sourcing techniques, leveraging referral programs, and championing relevant projects.
- Conduct in-take meetings with Hiring Manager and HRBP to understand job requirements and agree on the search direction and strategy.
- Manage the complete life cycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, candidate selection, shortlisting, offer management, and pre-onboarding.
- Ensure consistent and quality candidate experiences across all levels of hiring.
- Proactively provide data-led market insights for Hiring Managers' understanding and advise effective and appropriate hiring solutions.
- Support Fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment, and career fair activities.
- Take part in employer branding activities and other ad hoc projects.
