We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
- Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.
- Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
- Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
- Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
Are you a MATCH?
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in general office practice
- Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
