Paltech, a part of Air Diffusion Australia, is seeking a sales-focused Branch Manager to lead our Pakenham team. You will drive branch growth, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the site.
Responsibilities include driving branch sales growth, building relationships with trade customers, leading a high-performance team, managing trade sales and inventory, and delivering KPI-driven results.
