Aid Station is growing, and we're looking for a switched-on eCommerce Specialist to help take our online experience to the next level!

This is your chance to get hands-on with one of the most exciting parts of our business, bringing products, brands and campaigns to life for a community passionate about sport, health and performance.

You'll play a key role in keeping our online store looking great, running smoothly and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. From building new products and managing collections to supporting major sales campaigns, you'll combine creativity, attention to detail and serious Shopify know-how to make things happen.

We're a fast-moving business, so you'll need to love taking ownership, getting stuck in and finding smarter ways to get things done.

Your responsibilities:

Product builds & management: Create, publish and maintain products, brands and bundles in Shopify, including product descriptions, imagery, additional product page content and templates.

Product clearance & lifecycle management: Manage short-dated product reporting, clearance product listings and discontinued products, ensuring our online range remains accurate and up to date.

Campaign execution: Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by updating homepage banners, feature tiles, promotional pages, product badges and other website assets.

Website merchandising & maintenance: Keep our online store looking its best by managing featured collections, replacing out-of-stock products and ensuring content, imagery and product information are accurate.

Website quality checks: Regularly review the website to identify and report issues, including broken imagery, incorrect product information or functionality problems.

Major sales events: Play a hands‑on role in bringing key trading events such as EOFY and Black Friday/Cyber Monday to life, managing product tags, collections, promotional assets and website updates.

AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to streamline product builds, automate processes and improve eCommerce workflows. Identify opportunities to develop and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and the online customer experience.

Team collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and buying teams to ensure new products, promotions and campaigns launch smoothly and on time.

What we’re looking for:

Hands‑on eCommerce experience, ideally in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Strong Shopify experience is essential, including product creation, collections, merchandising and website content management.

Confidence using AI tools in day‑to‑day work, with hands‑on experience building or implementing AI‑powered products, tools or workflows.

Curiosity and innovation with a genuine interest in exploring how AI can improve eCommerce operations and customer experiences.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of product and website updates accurately.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities, particularly during busy promotional periods.

A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude. You're someone who spots an issue and gets on with fixing it.

A good eye for digital merchandising and an understanding of what makes a great online shopping experience.

A passion for sport, health and performance? Even better!
