AHL Legal is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-admission experience, preferably in Criminal Law. Experience in Civil Litigation would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of criminal law, civil litigation, and related matters
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents such as agreements, court pleadings, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Work closely with Principal Solicitors and build strong relationships with clients
About you
- Qualified solicitor with valid NSW practising certificate
- 2-3 years of experience in criminal law, civil litigation, or related areas
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
