We continue to grow across regional Victoria and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Ballarat team.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality homes and creating a positive building experience for every client.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the construction process from start to finish
- Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Ensuring all OH&S requirements are met across your sites
- Maintaining quality standards throughout every stage of construction
- Delivering homes within agreed construction timeframes
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring and managing ETS budgets
- Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams
- Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact the build
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous Site Management experience, ideally within volume residential construction
- A strong understanding of the residential building process
- The ability to manage multiple builds at different stages of construction
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A genuine focus on quality and customer service
- Clear and confident communication skills
- The ability to work independently while remaining part of a broader team
- A motivated, accountable and positive approach
