The Ahara Group runs Australian food brands including Macros, Soulara and vEEF. We’re launching two new ventures and need one sharp builder to take them from idea to live.
Venture 1: a premium flower subscription brand. Weekly and gifting flowers delivered across Sydney, launching before Valentine’s Day.
Venture 2: FoodATM. A network of smart vending machines serving fresh chef-made meals in gyms, apartments, offices and medical centres, 24/7.
What you’ll do
- Turn each concept into a working business: suppliers, pricing, sites, logistics and launch
- Secure grower and florist partners for flowers, and machine sites and partners for FoodATM
- Set up online stores, subscriptions and delivery, working with our AI and tech team
- Run launch marketing: social media, partnerships, local activations
- Track the numbers weekly and fix what isn’t working
You
- You’ve launched something before: a startup, a product, a store or a new location
- Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, hospitality, events or franchising
- Hands-on, organised and comfortable switching between suppliers, spreadsheets and customers
- You use AI tools to move faster
- Based in Sydney, with a driver’s licence
- Build two businesses from day one, not maintain one
- Direct line to the founder
- Performance-based upside for the right person as the brands grow
