As an Export Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining export documentation to ensure shipments are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing export documentation
- Coordinating documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Liaising with customers, growers, transport companies, shipping agents and internal teams
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and meets export requirements
- Entering and maintaining data and records
- Monitoring shipment progress and following up outstanding documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and related administrative duties
- Maintaining organised and accurate filing systems
- Supporting the wider logistics and administration team as required
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work independently and manage competing priorities
- Reliable, professional and willing to learn
- Export documentation, logistics or grain/agricultural industry experience (desirable but not essential)
