The Role
Agri Labour Australia is seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join an egg grading and packing operation in Kinglake West, Victoria.
This role involves inspecting, grading, stamping and packing eggs to meet daily production targets and quality standards. You will be working in a fast-paced food processing environment where attention to detail, teamwork and a strong commitment to food safety are essential.
Previous packing or production experience will be highly regarded.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and grade eggs according to quality standards.
- Pack eggs into the correct cartons and packaging materials.
- Ensure products are accurately stamped, sealed and labelled.
- Meet daily production and packing targets.
- Maintain accurate production and grading records.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with cleaning equipment, machinery and work areas.
- Report damaged products, equipment issues or workplace hazards to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain smooth operations.
- Competitive base rate of $32.18 - $33.11 per hour.
- Overtime opportunities
- Approximately 38-40 hours per week.

Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in packing, production or food processing is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
- Good attention to detail when inspecting and packing products.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible and available to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
- Willing to complete a pre-employment physical medical assessment.
