The role
You'll be the custodian of the function's narrative, translating complex, technical information into clear, compelling stories that drive alignment, engagement and impact across the business.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute the internal communications strategy
- Shape and evolve a clear, compelling function narrative
- Partner with senior leaders (including C level executives) on executive messaging
- Translate technical updates into business-ready communication
- Deliver key initiatives (town halls, intranet, newsletters, change comms)
- Build internal brand and visibility across the organisation
What you bring
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong stakeholder influence at senior/executive level
- Experience in internal, corporate or change communications
- Ability to distil complex, multi-source information into clear insights
- Background in large, complex environments
- Exposure to tech/digital/data functions highly regarded
