Are you an organised and proactive Team Assistant looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are looking for a capable and professional Team Assistant to join a busy and collaborative team based in Brisbane CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a range of stakeholders.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will provide high‐quality administrative support and help ensure the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Coordinating team events and internal communications
- Managing correspondence and stakeholder enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with projects and general administrative tasks as required
About You
- Have previous experience in a Team Assistant or Administration role
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Be confident managing competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work
- Be proficient across Microsoft Office Suite applications
