About the Company
Our client, a global leader in crop protection, specialty chemical and biological products, is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Southern NSW. This role will develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise the performance of a diverse product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives across the territory
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities
- Drive sales growth through proactive business development
- Negotiate effectively with customers and industry stakeholders
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets and inventory
- Plan territory activities and manage time effectively
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments and customer needs
- Build strong relationships with distributors, agents and growers
Education / Experience / Skills
You will be self-motivated, reliable and confident working independently, with excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills. Agricultural industry knowledge and an understanding of crop protection products will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in agriculture or business would be an advantage.
