Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead regional operations, working closely with Branch Managers, Central Support Staff, and our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving Branch performance and profitability
- Leading strategic business development initiatives
- Managing regional budgets and financial targets
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Building strong relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety and also HR Standards
