You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Sustainability, Wastewater Treatment and Logistics, driving safety, quality and cost objectives while delivering reliable plant performance.
You will build and coach high‐performing teams, fostering collaboration with CFOO, Supply Chain and Engineering to meet production plans and customer requirements.
