Information Technology Support Analyst in Brisbane

As the Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and services.

Responsibilities:

• Managing ICT service requests and incidents for hardware and software, ensuring responses are based on ITIL principles.
• Provide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issues.
• Support and troubleshooting of local AV / Microsoft Teams equipment.
• Install, configure, update, and remove business applications.
• Deploy and configure hardware for new and existing employees.
• Manage and maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and support.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.
