The Opportunity
- Support the APAC Client Services Director & mentor/manage two juniors
- Directly manage client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution and driving account growth
- Lead as the main point of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day communications and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with the Account Director and internal teams to bring campaigns to life and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships
- Track budgets and timelines and maintain brand consistency across campaigns
- Attend and lead weekly WIP meetings with clients, providing strategic updates
- Drive revenue growth year over year for key clients and identify upsell opportunities
- Respond to client briefs and lead internal teams to develop compelling proposals
- Oversee quoting, budgeting, and commercial discussions to ensure profitability
- Maintain consistent client communications and service standards across accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, history, and objectives
- Maintain knowledge of past projects, creator preferences, and campaign learnings
- Oversee project administration and proper documentation
- Manage procurement processes, PO requests, and invoice tracking
- Handle client agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution
You
- Live in Sydney and have full working rights
- 3-5 years experience in an Account Manager role across social platforms
- Proven track record of success in account management and revenue generation
- Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape, including influencer marketing and content creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of social media platforms within the Australian context
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
