As a valued member in the common law practice headed by an industry leading Partner (who is an accredited specialist in personal injury law) in a positive team environment, you will relish obtaining justice for plaintiff clients across a wide range of personal injury claims
(CTP, work injury damages, public liability, medical negligence).
Key responsibilities include assisting with preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, legal research, reviewing medical evidence, preparing briefs and court attendance.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you
- are a junior lawyer with minimum 12 months (or more) personal injury legal experience OR paralegal/law clerk/law graduate with minimum 3 yrs+ [including in CTP/motor vehicle accidents-essential];
- have strong Microsoft Office skills;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized, proactive and can meet deadlines;
- have ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
