Your New Role: As a valued junior lawyer in a common law practice led by an accredited specialist in personal injury law, you will work in a positive team environment to obtain justice for clients across various personal injury claims, including CTP, work injury damages, public liability, and medical negligence. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preparation of court documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, and insurers
- Arranging appointments
- Conducting legal research
- Reviewing medical evidence
- Preparing briefs and attending court

- Are a junior lawyer with at least 12 months of personal injury legal experience or a paralegal/law clerk with a minimum of 3 years' experience, including in CTP/motor vehicle accidents
