- Have minimum 5 years post-admission experience (up to senior associate/special counsel level) in family law (including property and children’s matters) managing your own files from start to finish autonomously
- Have strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and court practice/procedures in the Family/Children’s/Federal Circuit courts
- Possess strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills with high attention to detail
- Are highly adaptable, client-centric, deadline driven, proactive, and results-focused
- Have outstanding communication and people skills and love what you do
