WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are admitted as a lawyer in NSW and have a minimum of 2 years post-admission or more (up to senior associate level) practising in restructuring/insolvency law (preferably) or general commercial litigation (with keen interest in insolvency if no prior experience) with reputable law firms.
- Have proven ability to autonomously manage your own cases and clients from start to finish.
- Have strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills, are results-focused, proactive, practical with strong time prioritisation skills.
