YOUR NEW ROLE
As a key valued Registered Migration Agent (RMA), you will report to a high-calibre immigration manager. Your responsibilities include managing your own immigration practice and clients (95% corporates, 5% individuals) focusing on visa classes 482, 191, 400, 186, 408, and 494. You will provide full-spectrum advice including visa options, eligibility, application merits, preparing and lodging visa applications, and liaising with immigration authorities and skills assessment bodies, as well as responding to refusals. You will also lead and mentor one migration coordinator who will assist you.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a qualified RMA with current active MARA registration.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years experience in immigration law, specifically with employer-sponsored visas.
