As a valued lawyer in their winning team led by an industry-leading partner and reporting to the Head of NSW, you will relish the challenge, satisfaction, and rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of a wide range of common law personal injury claims including:
- CTP (motor vehicle accidents)
- Work injury damages
- Public liability
You will have carriage of your own files and direct client relationships with back-up top mentorship and support. There is also an opportunity to step into a leadership role (immediately or in the short-medium term depending on competency/seniority) mentoring and leading 2-3 juniors.

Who you are:
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer in NSW.
- Have a minimum of 3 years (or more up to senior associate) with plaintiff or defendant firms in at least 2 or all of: CTP/motor accidents, Work Injury damages, Public Liability.
- Have proven ability in case managing personal injury files from start to finish.
- Preferably have experience mentoring/leading junior lawyers/paralegals.
- Have a solid technical knowledge of relevant laws/legislation/case law.
- Are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm (essential).
