WHO YOU ARE
- Admitted as a solicitor in NSW
- Minimum 2+ years in plaintiff personal injury law with a reputable firm including in 2 or more of: 1) CTP (motor accidents), 2) public/occupiers liability, 3) work injury damages, 4) medical negligence
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
- Proven ability to have full carriage of your own files
- Strong advocacy and drafting skills
- Time prioritisation skills
- Thrive in a busy fast-paced environment
