YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER
As one of the firm’s key litigators, reporting to an incredibly multi-talented high profile Managing Partner and another Senior Partner, you will relish the challenge, autonomy, and diversity of taking full ownership of your high-end litigation practice including:
- Commercial disputes
- Class-actions disputes (with a humanitarian/social justice flavour)
- Administrative law, primarily in the superior (Federal and Supreme) Courts
- Some family law litigation

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 2 years (or more) post qualification experience in high-end litigation including commercial disputes (preferably with some class actions experience but not essential).
- Have strong experience litigating in the higher courts - Federal and Supreme Courts (essential).
- Have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Set yourself high standards and are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients.
