As a key valued member of the litigation/disputes team, you will engage in interesting work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide. You will take ownership of your own litigation practice/clients advising and resolving disputes relating to:
- Intellectual property - mainly trade marks;
- Other commercial disputes - e.g., commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery/insolvency, privacy law, defamation, and employment law.

Who you are:
- An admitted solicitor with a minimum of 3 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation (preferably including some intellectual property litigation but not essential);
- High attention to detail with strong drafting, communication, people skills, advocacy, and negotiation skills;
- An entrepreneurial spirit willing to participate in business development/marketing;
