As a valued construction lawyer, under the leadership of one of their top construction partners, being the right-hand to a senior associate, you will relish actively engaging in highly intellectually stimulating and interesting construction disputes (approx 70-80% litigation) and some construction transactions/advisory work (approx 20-30%).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are admitted as a solicitor in NSW;
- Have a minimum of 2 years (or more up to associate level) in construction litigation (essential) and construction transactions/advisory (preferable not essential);
- Have strong communication, legal drafting & research, negotiation, advocacy and client management skills;
- Are adaptable, commercial, deadline-driven and results-oriented;
- Have proven ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment;
- Are hungry to advance your career long-term as a construction lawyer.
