Afford is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker for Nowra/Worrigee to provide personalised support to clients in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting, guided by individual support plans.
You will work varied shifts including active nights and weekends, assist with daily living tasks, maintain records, and support clients in community participation to promote independence. This is a female-only position in accordance with applicable laws and organisational policy.
