Level 2 Systems & Network Engineer position with Affinity MSP, one of Australia's leading managed IT providers.
The role involves delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions to mid-to-large businesses across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on preventing security issues and maintaining reliable systems.
Key responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Windows endpoint management and troubleshooting
- Hypervisor management (Vmware / Hyper-V)
- Advanced firewall troubleshooting (Fortinet preferred)
- Network troubleshooting and configuration
- Client-facing communication and support
- Independent problem-solving and ownership of issues
About you
- Must have a drivers license and car
- Minimum 3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Willing to be at clients (On-site hybrid role)
- 3 years experience with Intune and endpoint management
- 3+ years in IT support with MSP experience (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years hypervisor experience (Vmware / Hyper-V)
- Firewall troubleshooting experience (Fortinet preferred)
- Networking troubleshooting and configuration skills
- Microsoft Certifications – MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, SC-900 (highly preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
