We have an opportunity for an E-commerce Assistant to join our team and help keep our online store running smoothly across our international markets. Whether you’re building your e-commerce career or bring experience from online retail or a similar role, we’re looking for someone organised, analytical and curious, with a good eye for detail and a genuine interest in how online retail works.

Summary:

Working across our Shopify store, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the website, help bring campaigns and product launches to life, and make sure customers have a clear and consistent experience across our different markets. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing, product and e-commerce teams, with room to bring your own ideas and keep developing your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload and maintain products in Shopify, including product details, imagery, pricing, size charts and content.
  • Manage collections, navigation, filters and product availability across our international storefronts.
  • Carry out regular website checks and flag any content, catalogue or functionality issues.

Campaigns & Product Launches

  • Set up onsite campaigns, new collections and product launches in line with the trading calendar.
  • Update homepage banners, landing pages and campaign content, working with the team to gather the right assets and information.
  • Check links, pages and customer journeys before and after launches to make sure everything is working as it should.

Trading & International Markets

  • Support collection ordering, onsite search and product merchandising.
  • Keep an eye on product availability and performance, and flag opportunities or issues to the team.
  • Maintain accurate content across international markets, including pricing, currency, shipping and returns information.

SEO, Reporting & Improvement

  • Support SEO updates and ongoing website content improvements.
  • Support weekly e-commerce reporting and track key performance metrics.
  • Identify ways to improve the online shopping experience and help put those ideas into action.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who’s hard-working, analytical and keen to keep learning and growing with the business. You’ll take initiative, enjoy solving problems and have a good eye for detail, with an interest in how e-commerce can drive business performance.

  • You’re organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while keeping the details right.
  • You think analytically, enjoy working with data and look for opportunities to improve how things are done.
  • You take initiative, use common sense and are comfortable flagging issues or opportunities.
  • You’re curious about e-commerce, online retail and the customer experience, and keen to continue developing your skills.
  • You’re comfortable learning new systems and processes. Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform is beneficial.
  • You communicate clearly, take feedback on board and work well with people across different teams.
