Overview
As an Assistant Manager of Anytime Fitness Wyndham Vale, you will assist in leading day‐to‐day operations of the club, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will work closely with your team members and report to the Club Manager.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new membership leads through calls and community outreach
- Build strong member relationships
- Help manage daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment
- Assist in coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional member service
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous Sales Experience
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children check and Police Check
- Self‐motivated, willing to listen and learn
- Strong and critical for excellent customer service
- Proactive—offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with management
- Take initiative and responsibility
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Available mornings and evenings
