Specialist Medical Reception and Administration (Dermatology)
This opportunity is full-time or part-time at a busy dermatology and laser practice in Darlinghurst.
As these are both senior and junior roles, applications from a range of experience levels are welcome.
We are looking for someone flexible and adaptable who can balance a busy workload with a friendly and helpful, yet confident, demeanour.
You should have commitment and enthusiasm for getting the job done and providing exceptional service.

Important skills and abilities
- An open mind and a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy and keyboarding/touch-typing

Your role
- Interacting with patients, other health providers, hospital staff and health funds
- Reviewing and requesting patient referrals
- Managing appointment bookings, records and billing
- Diary management
- You will need to be able to learn standard procedures and protocols quickly, and be happy with receiving feedback and direction.
This opportunity is open to experienced candidates as well as students/recent graduates in related fields. There is flexibility with regard to weekly work days and hours.
