We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with opportunities to work additional days at our Moss Vale clinic.

Key responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
- Assisting with patient records, billing and appointment coordination.
- Working collaboratively with our dental team to deliver a positive patient experience.
About you
- Friendly, professional and well presented.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to multitask.
- Confident with computers and administration.
- An excellent communicator with a patient-focused approach.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Dental industry experience is preferred.
