AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) to lead opportunity capture, bid management and operational governance from our Barton office. You will coordinate tender submissions, keep resource readiness up to date, and support business development across Defence and government sectors.
The role reports to the CEO and General Manager, requires Defence experience, high attention to detail, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
