This is a part-time role (3 days/week) based in a buzzing, collaborative office filled with smart, down-to-earth people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Managing reconciliations and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and supporting audits
- Collaborating with the broader finance team and agency staff to keep everything running smoothly
- Lending a hand with other admin or finance tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous accounts payable experience (agency or professional services a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
- Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership
- Good communication skills and a friendly, team-first approach
- Comfort working autonomously and managing your own time
