We’re partnering with a major transport operator and infrastructure delivery organisation to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join their NSW team. This role sits at the heart of a nationally significant rail program, offering visibility across complex, high-value delivery while supporting a world-class commercial team.

If you're looking to build a career — not just a job — this is your opportunity to step into a business where high performers are noticed, supported, and given global pathways.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Work on a nationally significant, city-shaping transport project with complex, multi-year scope
  • Join a global operator with projects across Asia-Pacific and long-term stability
  • Strong exposure to procurement, contract strategy, risk, and stakeholder engagement
  • Structured commercial team with systems, mentorship, and growth pathways
  • Supportive leaders who value collaboration, precision, and accountability

You’ll be working alongside highly experienced commercial professionals and delivery partners — gaining exposure to legal, procurement, and financial teams across both local and international frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value
  • Support the preparation of variations, payment claims, and contract correspondence
  • Assist in commercial performance tracking and reporting
  • Liaise with legal, procurement, and delivery teams to manage contract risk
  • Maintain clear documentation and support tender evaluations as required
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence in governance and delivery

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in contracts administration or commercial project support
  • Background in civil infrastructure, transport, or utilities preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of construction contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Effective communicator able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with financial or project systems (e.g., Cheops, Jobpac, Excel)

The Offer:

Salary Package: $150K (inclusive of super) Career Track: Global pathways and internal mobility available. This is a smart move for someone who wants to grow with a globally recognised operator and gain the kind of exposure that unlocks serious commercial career paths — both locally and internationally.
