  • Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams, providing technical advice and contributing to successful project outcomes.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation, technical input and identifying opportunities to grow AECOM's Water business.
  • Mentor and support developing engineers, fostering technical excellence while continuing to build your own expertise and industry profile.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven experience in structural engineering, ideally within the water industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian structural design standards and experience with structural analysis software such as SpaceGass and/or Strand7.

  • Chartered (CPEng/RPEQ) registration is highly regarded.

Why you’ll love working with us:

  • Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, job-sharing and hybrid work options.
