Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in New South Wales. The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.

How you'll make a difference
- Support the design on various water infrastructure projects including networks, wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals.
- Get involved in coordinating, managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
- Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships working with various clients and local, regional, and global AECOM colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
The qualities that help you thrive:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications & CPEng (or working towards/eligible).
- Demonstrated experience on water and/or wastewater projects including networks, wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals, within a dynamic consulting and design environment.
- An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
- Passion for delivering high quality work & excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.
