Senior Client Service Officer / Senior Administrator
Location: Newcastle NSW – Office‑based
Employment: Full‑Time (full or part time or flexible options available)
Salary: A$85,000.00/yr – A$90,000.00/yr
About the Role
This is a senior, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys ownership and accountability. You will be the go‑to person for applications, follow‑ups, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end management of advice implementation and applications
- Liaising with platforms, providers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating client documentation, reviews and ongoing service requirements
- Managing workflows, follow‑ups and deadlines
- Supporting advisers with high‑touch, relationship‑focused client service
- Meeting clients in the office and being part of meetings, end to end communication with clients
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial planning admin / CSO role
- Strong knowledge of advice processes and application handling
- Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable working in an office‑based, collaborative environment
- Experience with Midwinter and/or Worksorted highly regarded
