Join Advara Heart Care as a part-time Medical Receptionist based at our Joondalup clinic. The days will be 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while providing essential administrative support to our doctors and clinical team.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and supporting patients
- Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
- Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
- Processing referrals and patient information Providing accurate and efficient administration
- Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
- Ensuring our patients receive a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive
- What You'll Bring

- Has a genuine passion for patient care
- Is friendly, professional and confident
- Has excellent communication and attention to detail
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has previous medical reception or healthcare experience (highly regarded)
