About the Role:
You will play a critical role in supporting our team as they deliver first-rate legal services to our clients. You will work closely with Associates, handling a range of legal and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and matter progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Assisting with due diligence, document reviews, and transaction support
- Managing case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating and preparing legal submissions and filings
- Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and government bodies
- Supporting solicitors with matter management and administrative tasks
- Utilizing legal technology and case management systems to streamline work
