Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Care Advisor (HomeCare Advisor) delivers an exceptional customer experience through emotional intelligence, active listening and problem-solving to find the right solutions for customers. The role is accountable for achieving sales targets and supporting customers to sign with recommended home care providers. Work is predominantly outbound, using the dialler, so strong organisation, urgency and time management are essential. The Care Advisor works with internal stakeholders to resolve challenges, identify and implement customer solutions, and act as a subject-matter expert in Home Care Packages and the aged care sector. The role is part of a dynamic, passionate and fun team in a fast-growing business with opportunities for growth and career development.
Key responsibilities
- Use a customer-centric approach to deliver positive outcomes and meet sales targets
- Build rapport, identify needs, explain clear solutions, gain commitment to the recommended provider and confirm next steps for a seamless transition
- Build strong knowledge of provider partners and maintain detailed knowledge of Home Care Packages and funding as an independent expert
- Manage the personal pipeline daily and weekly
- Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager on targets, pipeline and challenges
