Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and working along a highly skilled and experienced team.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on rail equipment and systems.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and identify equipment failures.
- Carry out repairs and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with strict safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
Your Profile
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent qualification.
- Previous maintenance experience in rail, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Site Location: Lilyfield, NSW
Contract Duration: 6 months, with the potential for permanent employment
Roster: Rotating day and night shifts; Day shift: 5 AM - 4 PM and Night shift: 4 PM - 3 AM Rotating pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off, followed by 2 days on / 5 days off
