Adecco are currently partneringwith a growing and well-established organisation seeking an experienced FinanceManager to join their high-performing finance team.
Reporting directly to seniorleadership, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of thefinance function while partnering closely with operational and executivestakeholders to influence business performance and strategic decision-making.
This position combines financialcontrol, commercial finance, business partnering and team leadership, making itideally suited to a finance professional looking to take the next step in theircareer within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reportingactivities
- Deliver accurate and insightful managementreporting across key business units
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long-rangefinancial plans
- Partner with senior stakeholders to providemeaningful commercial and financial insights
- Monitor business performance, identify key trendsand provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Develop financial models and business cases tosupport strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital andfinancial risk
- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation obligationsand external audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisationand systems enhancement initiatives
- Lead and mentor finance team members whilefostering a high-performance culture
- Support executive leadership with strategicplanning and financial decision-making
About You
To be successful in this role, youwill be an experienced finance professional who is equally comfortableoperating at both a strategic and hands-on level.
You Will possess strong technicalexpertise, excellent commercial acumen and the ability to build trustedrelationships across all levels of an organisation.
- CA or CPA qualified
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
- Demonstrated experience within a Finance Manager,Financial Controller, Senior Management Accountant or Finance BusinessPartner role
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financialmodelling capabilities
- Experience delivering financial and commercialinsights that drive business performance
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
- Proven stakeholder management and businesspartnering experience
- Strong understanding of financial controls,compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience leading process improvement ortransformation initiatives highly regarded
- Previous leadership or mentoring experienceadvantageous
