Responsibilities
- Provide excellent phone‐based customer service and represent the Hy‐Tec brand
- Take orders, finalize sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs
- Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Order raw materials as needed
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
- Proven ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
