Adbri Masonry is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the Pooraka manufacturing site and own its operational performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility across production, maintenance, site logistics, safety, quality, people and cost.
You’ll lead the overall operation of the Pooraka site, working closely with Site Supervisors, Production, Maintenance and the broader Masonry team to drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
