Adbri is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead cement manufacturing operations at Birkenhead and Angaston, South Australia. You will drive safety, environmental compliance, production, maintenance and process engineering, quality, cost management and team leadership to deliver reliable plant performance.
You will champion continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of safety, accountability and collaboration across site operations, reporting to the COO.
