We are searching for a Junior Service Coordinator/ Administration Assistant to join our team at Adapt Refrigeration Pty Ltd in Carrum Downs, VIC. We are a leading service and project company focused on our blue-chip clients. This is an exciting role as we are expanding into new markets creating many different growth corridors. This role would appeal to a school leaver or a candidate wanting to take the next step into the workforce.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and sending purchase orders
- Creating and allocating jobs
- Scheduling timesheets
- Data Entry, scanning and filing
- Accounts Payable
- Office amenity ordering and management
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
What we're looking for:
- A person with experience or a person willing to be trained to undertake this role.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
- Knowledge of SIMPRO or be willing to learn this software system
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
