Adairs in Victoria is seeking a Regional Manager to unite our stores, people and commercial ambition with pace and precision. You'll translate strategy into action and drive outcomes through a high-performing region across VIC, SA and TAS.
Reporting to the General Manager Retail Operations, you will own the commercial and people performance of 50+ stores, leading eight direct reports including Area Managers and State VM Managers.
